Frequently Asked Questions

What does my order status mean?

Orders showing as “Complete” means that the transaction was complete!
This means your payment went through successfully. This dot NOT mean your order was delivered, though.

You will receive multiple email updates regarding the status of your package:

Order received – Pending processing:
Your order has been placed and we will send out a purchase order to the vendor once the sale event is over.

PO sent:
Our single bulk-purchase order was sent to the designer/vendor for the quantity sold during the sale event.

Items being prepared by supplier:
Our single, bulk purchase order was sent to the designer/vendor and are awaiting shipment to our fulfillment center.

Items awaiting carrier pickup:
Your order has been packed and needs to be picked up by the courier in order to get to you! Live tracking is not available until the carrier has scanned your package and received it into their system.

Items Shipped:
Your item has shipped! This will include the tracking number for the particular item/package. Tracking is also updated on your Orders page.

Can I cancel my order?

TESLA LEAGUE works with our vendors daily to ensure production and delivery of orders as quickly as possible. This process starts from the moment our customers place an order. That means it’s not possible for us to cancel or modify an order, but it’s also how we’re able to provide great products at steeply discounted prices. Please make sure you are aware of any return policy prior to making your purchase.

How do I return my item?

If your item is covered by our return policy, or your item arrived damaged , please contact TESLA LEAGUE’s customer success team.

Please include all the details you can as to why you are looking to return the item, including photos of any damage, if possible.
Our team will review your request as quickly as possible and respond with an approval, or the reason why we are not able to accommodate a return within 3 business days.

If your return is approved, you will receive a separate email with a shipping label and instructions. You should then –

  1. Print both pages
  2. Fold each page along the middle of the page
  3. Attach both the shipping label and RMA barcode to the outside of the return package
    (ensuring clear visibility of all information and barcodes)
  4. Drop package off at FedEx location

Once the warehouse receives the item back, you will receive a second email confirming that your order has been refunded or replaced.
Refunds, credits, or replacements will not be issued before our warehouse has received the item.

Note that all items returned must be in original condition, and there may be additional circumstances under which we will not be able to honor your return.
Acceptance of a return is within our sole discretion. Items sent to the warehouse without an authorized RMA will be discarded.

TESLA LEAGUE will apply a 15% restocking fee to any returns made in an exception of our policies.

My item arrived damaged. What to do?

At TESLA LEAGUE, we do our best to ensure that your items are packed securely and arrive safely In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately.
We ask that you submit a photo of the damage with your request within 48 hours of receiving your shipment. If you do not report the damage to us within this 48 hour period, we may not be able to honor your claim.

Please note that there may be additional circumstances under which we will not be able to honor your return.
Acceptance of a return is within our sole discretion.

Can I return my item?

TESLA LEAGUE has several return policies that depend on the type of product. If you think you may wish to cancel or return an item, please check the policy prior to making your purchase.

These policies are available on every product description and include:

Return for refund

Items marked “Return for refund” will usually also include a time frame in which we can offer a full refund of the product price. If you purchase an item with this policy and would like to return it within the time frame, please contact our customer success team and request a return merchandise authorization (RMA).

Return for store credit

Items marked “Return for store credit” will include a time frame in which we can offer store credit equivalent to the product price. Store credits applied for this reason will expire three years from the date the item is returned.

If you purchase an item with this policy and would like to return it within the time frame, please contact our customer success team and request a return merchandise authorization (RMA).

Final Sale

Items marked “Final Sale” cannot be returned. We sell these products as “Final Sale” to maintain such significant discounts.

Clearance item

Items marked “Clearance” cannot be returned. These items are offered at extreme discounts and we are not able to accept returns.

 

If you have purchased an item that can be returned as described above, we require the following:

  • Approval from customer success and RMA number
  • The item must be in the original packaging

Please note the cost of shipping for the items will be deducted from any refund.
There may be additional circumstances under which we will not be able to honor your return.

What if I find a better price?

We do extensive research to provide the best possible price for the duration of each of our sales.
If you happen upon a better price while the sale from which you purchased is still ongoing, please follow these instructions to request a price match refund:

1. Submit a new inquiry through our Customer Support form here for your order.
2. In your inquiry, copy and paste the website link of the lower priced item.
3. Also include a detailed description (i.e. model number, color) of the item.
4. Our team will respond back to you within 24 hours and review your price match inquiry.

PLEASE NOTE!
– Price matching is only valid while item is available for sale on TESLA LEAGUE.
– Valid for current online retailer listings only. Must have inventory available for purchase.
– Our price guarantee does not extend to clearance, returns, discontinued, and close-out items. Other restrictions may apply including cases when manufacturer’s pricing policies negate a price match.

Is my credit card information secure?

Absolutely.
All of your data is SSL encrypted and we don’t store any credit card information on our servers.
We take security very seriously; it’s one of our absolute top priorities at TESLA LEAGUE.

What's the cause for the delay? Why is it taking so long to arrive?

While we do our best to ensure each and every item gets delivered on time and hassle free, we occasionally encounter delays that are outside our control.
Shipping worldwide can lead to delays due to weather, customs issues, and holidays.
Handmade products take longer to produce than expected.
The good news is that we have the experience to deal with all of these issues and we will make sure they get resolved as quickly as possible – and we’ll be sure to keep you in the loop so you know where your stuff is.
